What is the best software to recover data of a HD that can not boot into windows? ?

I’m looking for a point and click type of boot-up software that will allow me to backup data into a USB drive.
“point-and-click” What I mean by this is that I’m looking for a program that could be booted through a CD like Ghost and have a GUI to explore the contents of the bad drive and save into a USB TB drive.
First off, if you can plug in your hard drive into a computer and access info as a slave drive, why would you need a flash dirve??? Just move everything to your new hard drive.
And part of ur question doesn’t make sense, point and click boot up software? You have to be able to boot before you can launch any applications like that.
Plus a flash drive can’t hold anything near the amount of data compared to a hard drive. I think the largest flash drive is only 16Gb while most common hard drives come at least 60Gb.
You don’t need software if there is no physical damage to the drive.Just boot with the operating system CD and choose the repair option.Another way is to hook up the drive to another computer as slave or a usb connector and retrieve your data
u cant do anything if system doesnt boot up. just bring ur hard disk to ur friend and connect it with his computer and transfer files in usb.
try booting up as safe mode:
1. Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
2. Select an option when the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, and then press ENTER.
