Can I view these monitors on this Desktop computer.?

My largest monitor says that it is best to be viewed with a dual graphics card installed and I must have a dual graphics card installed to view multiple monitors (the smaller for input, larger for output) correct.? I do not see a graphics card any where on this configuration, is that a problem.? if [...]
