I have a backup of large software (running on Windows Server 2003) and the restore instructions are that I have to restore the image to an empty hard drive.

can i do a backup and restore on an iphone without internet?

We do not have internet and would really like to make sure our phones work correctly but to go to a public place it takes like four hours because it has not been done right. So I was just wondering if it was possible to do it without it.
