No reason for a 64 bit OS, Decent CPU, bad amount of RAM for a 64 bit OS, terrible video card, decent hard drive. Everything else is pretty standard.
Pros:
The CPU
The hard drive
The standard stuff like wireless, sound, color, etc
Cons:
The GPU
The RAM
Unnecessary 64 bit OS for that system
The cost of the laptop
