How to fix burned Call of Duty Black Ops for the wii?

My wii is softmodded running Ver. 4.3U. When I try to run Black ops with backup launcher or neogamma my screen just goes black and my remote turns off. I’ve seen videos telling me to instal cios249 or 250 but when i try to instal them my wad manager says error. D: Heeeelp!

You need to update you cIOS to the latest version to fix the black screen – cIOSv21d2x-v6.
You WAD manager is probably giving you an error because you are trying to use the wrong cIOS to install with, you need one with the trucha bug installed (this can vary depending on your mod but is can be IOS36, IOS236 or even cISO249/250).
