How to fix burned Call of Duty Black Ops for the wii?

My wii is softmodded running Ver. 4.3U. When I try to run Black ops with backup launcher or neogamma my screen just goes black and my remote turns off. I’ve seen videos telling me to instal cios249 or 250 but when i try to instal them my wad manager says error. D: Heeeelp!
